C\u0103ng th\u1eb3ng k\u00e9o d\u00e0i (Stress)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Khi c\u01a1 th\u1ec3 b\u1ecb c\u0103ng th\u1eb3ng (stress) k\u00e9o d\u00e0i, hormone cortisol s\u1ebd t\u0103ng cao.
